More guests are coming, the meal plan has changed or the venue has adjusted its access hours. If your Klamath County event changes after you book a tent, contact 541 Jump before treating the new plan as settled. A request is not a confirmed change: equipment availability, the layout, delivery arrangements and your agreement may all need review.
You do not need to solve the revised rental order yourself. Start by explaining what changed and which details are still uncertain.
Find the latest confirmed rental list and include your event date, booking name and order reference if you have one. Identify the change in plain language: a larger guest estimate, an added serving area, a new location or different event hours.
When several people are helping, choose one person to collect the updates. That avoids two helpers requesting different quantities or each assuming someone else has contacted the rental team.
Keep the confirmed order separate from your wish list until the team has reviewed the request. An item shown in the online catalog is not proof that it can be added to an existing booking.
Share the previous estimate and the new estimate, then describe what guests will be doing. A change in attendance may affect dining tables and chairs, but also the room needed for food service or other activities.
For an open house, mention whether the new guests are likely to arrive together or throughout the event. For a seated meal, explain whether everyone needs a place at the same time. Do not assume that adding chairs alone resolves the change.
Ask the team to review the full arrangement with the tent already reserved. Our tent-size guide can help you describe the activities without trying to calculate a capacity yourself.
Some updates matter even if attendance stays the same:
Tell the team before making plans that depend on the change. A previously reviewed setup area or delivery arrangement should not be assumed to apply to a different location.
If the venue’s furniture is part of the change, our guide to using venue-owned tables and chairs can help you identify what needs replacing.
A short message is enough to start. Include:
For example: “Our guest estimate has increased, and we are considering moving dessert under the tent. Can you review the current layout and let us know what changes are possible?” You can ask for help before you know the exact extra table or chair quantities.
Ask what equipment and schedule changes can be accommodated, what the revised total would be and what steps are required to confirm the update. Any payment, cancellation, reduction or refund terms need to come from your actual agreement and the team’s confirmation.
Once a revision is confirmed, check the item list, quantities, event address, timing and responsibilities. Share the relevant confirmed details with the venue, caterer or helpers so they work from the same plan.
If your preferred change is unavailable, explain your priorities and ask whether another suitable arrangement can be reviewed. Do not assume a substitute tent or layout will work without that review.
Contact 541 Jump about your existing reservation and tell us what changed. We can review the request with you. If you are still at the inquiry stage, use the tent quote checklist to begin with your date, location and approximate guest count.
This guide explains how to request a review. It does not change your reservation or replace the terms of your rental agreement.

If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty. Please note if you enter a value here after taking measurements, you will need to take measurements again.
