Give us the date and the actual time guests will arrive and leave. Separately, tell us when the property or venue is available for installation and removal. A venue that opens just before your party begins needs a different delivery plan from a private property available the day before.
If you have a firm deadline for equipment removal, include it with your initial request. Delivery and pickup arrangements need to be confirmed for your order.
Guest count is the starting point. List seated dining, buffet tables, a gift table, a DJ area, a dance floor or any other space you want covered. Tell us whether you prefer round or rectangular tables and whether everyone will sit at once.

A tent’s stated dimensions describe its covered footprint; they do not tell you how many people your complete event layout can accommodate. Send the full event address, the surface where you want the tent and approximate measurements of the available area. Photos from several angles are helpful. Include nearby fences, buildings, trees and anything that could limit overhead or perimeter space.
Also tell us about narrow gates, steps, sloped ground or a long carry from the delivery vehicle. The installation team needs to assess the site and confirm the space and anchoring requirements for the specific tent.
