541 JUMP • KLAMATH COUNTY EVENT PLANNING
Planning guide · Updated September 15, 2026
A useful tent-rental quote starts with your event date, address, guest count and a simple plan for how you will use the covered space. Add details about the setup area and delivery access, and we can help narrow down the equipment for your event.
Whether you are planning a backyard celebration in Klamath Falls, a reunion in Chiloquin or a reception in Bonanza, this checklist will help you prepare. Start with our Klamath County tent-rental guide to see how our service works.
Give us the date and the actual time guests will arrive and leave. Separately, tell us when the property or venue is available for installation and removal. A venue that opens just before your party begins needs a different delivery plan from a private property available the day before.
If you have a firm deadline for equipment removal, include it with your initial request. Delivery and pickup arrangements need to be confirmed for your order.
Guest count is the starting point. List seated dining, buffet tables, a gift table, a DJ area, a dance floor or any other space you want covered. Tell us whether you prefer round or rectangular tables and whether everyone will sit at once.
Our catalog includes 20×20, 20×40, 40×40 and 40×60 options, along with specialty tent configurations. A tent’s stated dimensions describe its covered footprint; they do not tell you how many people your complete event layout can accommodate. We will help match the tent to the layout and installation site.
Send the full event address, the surface where you want the tent and approximate measurements of the available area. Photos from several angles are helpful. Include nearby fences, buildings, trees and anything that could limit overhead or perimeter space.
Also tell us about narrow gates, steps, sloped ground or a long carry from the delivery vehicle. The installation team needs to assess the site and confirm the space and anchoring requirements for the specific tent.
Browse our tents, tables, chairs and linens and note the items you want included in the quote. Ask about compatible sidewalls and lighting if those are part of your plans. Availability depends on your date and tent selection.
Separate the essentials from optional extras. For example, request one total for the tent, dining tables and chairs, then ask what your preferred lighting would add. Check the written quote for exactly what is included.
