Please note- Delivery times WILL vary. A $100 time-sensitive fee WILL be added if you require a specific delivery or pickup time (common for parks) or for single day use on weekends.

We clean, disinfect and inspect our inflatable units after each rental. Before confirming your setup, we review the selected unit, usable space, overhead clearance, access and anchoring. A yard, park or indoor venue needs to be checked for the particular rental.

Dry-only bounce houses must stay dry. Only use water on equipment designed and booked for wet use, and confirm its water requirements with us. Follow the operating instructions supplied for your selected equipment. Read our rental FAQs for more about surfaces, setup and delivery.
